This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your specific health needs, and to customize our App to make your experience safer and easier. More importantly, while doing so we collect personal and medical information from you on a continuous basis, that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.
In general, you can listen to our Brand story about health and learn about our health services in the App without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you sign up for our service and give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature on the App. We may automatically track certain information about you based upon your behaviour on our App. We use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve our users. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our Website or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our Website or not), your computer browser information, location, and your IP address.
If you choose to buy / purchase on the App , we collect information about your buying behaviour only for our services in the App
If you transact with us, depending on the payment method selected, we may collect some additional information, such as a billing address, a credit / debit card number and a credit / debit card expiration date and/ or other payment instrument details and tracking information from cheques or money orders
If you choose to post messages on our message boards, chat rooms or other message areas or leave feedback, we will collect that information you provide to us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.
If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the App, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.
We collect personally identifiable information (email address, name, phone number etc.) from you when you set up an accountwith us. While you can browse some sections of our App without being a registered member, certain activities (such as placing an order) do require registration. We do use your contact information to send you health notifications and offers based on your previous orders and your interests and more importantly based on your specific health risks, if any However, it may be noted that all such information and insights about your health are generated through our Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and not any physician or Doctor. We do not as such hire or employ any clinical staff for any of our services. We do have a Medical Board of External advisors that consist of prominent physicians and doctors who oversee our overall services and guide us for further development of products and services.
We do not collect or store Credit Card or Debit Card or banking information. Such information may be provided by you during the purchase transaction. However this data does not come to us. It is directly transmitted through the payment gateway provider to the payment network or bank . No information is stored by us.
All date and information collected in the App are stored on-cloud with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Information collected is kept on servers owned and managed by AWS , which may be in India or overseas including the United States of America. The companies being used by Us are expected to be PCI compliant (The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and have best data security processes in place in compliance with US HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) of 1996. This act protects sensitive patients health information from being disclosed without the patient's consent or knowledge. However, we are not liable for any data theft or breach of security at the AWS data centres hosting the servers and holding consumer data
We may use your Personal Information to contact you to the extent permitted by law, to provide requested services, , to obtain payment for our services, to respond to your inquiries and requests, and to respond to inquiries and requests from your insurers (and as provided below your employers) and benefits program, if you are registered with us through your employer as part of employer program
We may use personal information to provide the services you request. We may use your personal information to resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; help promote a safe service; collect money measure, consumer interest in our products and services, inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates; customize your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce our terms and conditions; and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.
With your consent, we will have access to your SMS, contacts in your directory, call history, location and device information and we may request you to provide your PAN details to check your eligibility for certain products/services including but not limited to providing credit being offered by us, our affiliates or our lending partners. In the event that consent to this such use of data is withdrawn in the future, we will stop collection of such data but continue to store the data (save for Aadhaar data) and use it for internal purposes to further improve our services.
